1. Overview

This website is operated by Easehands ("Easehands", "we", "us" or "our"). Throughout the site, "you" means the visitor or customer. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy (together, the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look different on your screen, and small differences can occur between product photos and the item you receive. Easehands is a personal massager for general relaxation. Product information on this site is not medical advice, and we make no claim that the product treats, cures or prevents any condition.

4. Prices and offers

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Prices, launch offers and bundle discounts can change at any time without notice and may end without prior warning.
• Taxes, duties and import fees that apply in your country are shown at checkout where possible, or are the customer's responsibility where they are collected on delivery.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received an order confirmation.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect or incomplete information. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment partners. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We do not store your full card details. We may cancel orders that fail fraud or payment checks.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you gave us. You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Safe use of the product

Easehands is a personal massager and is not a medical device.

• Read and follow the instructions that come with the product before you use it.
• Do not use it if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, have a heart condition, circulatory problem, nerve condition, skin condition or injury in the area, or if you are unsure whether it is suitable for you, unless your doctor has approved it.
• Do not use it on broken, swollen or numb skin, or while asleep.
• The product has a heat function. Do not use it for long periods, on people who cannot feel heat well, or on children. Stop using it if it feels too hot or if you feel pain or discomfort.
• Keep it away from water. Use the charging cable and a suitable USB power source, and do not use a damaged product or cable.
• Keep out of reach of children. You use the product at your own risk and you are responsible for using it as instructed.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos, the Easehands name and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful or harmful, including trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how the site works, sending malware or spam, scraping the site, or placing fraudulent orders.

12. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available". Apart from the guarantee in our Refund Policy and any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability of the site.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Easehands, its owners and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from the use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.

15. Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless Easehands from claims, damages and costs that come from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the product or the site.

16. Disputes

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at Easehands@outlook.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue. If we cannot agree, these Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the place where Easehands is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to rely on the law of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes your right to bring a claim in the courts of your country where the law gives you that right.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us.
